Note: "Cocuze", "Cocuzè", "Cocuze.com", and "Cocuze Studio LLP" mean the same thing in this document and may be used interchangeably. "We", "us", and "our" also refer to the same.


Legal Name & Brand Usage

Cocuze Studio LLP is the legal entity name registered with the Government of India. The brand may be represented as Cocuze in marketing materials. Where legal recognition is required, references to Cocuze/ Cocuzè shall be construed to mean Cocuze Studio LLP.

This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel, return, or request a refund for any product purchased from our website.


1. General Terms

By placing an order on cocuze.com, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Cocuzè reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version displayed on the website at the time of your transaction shall apply.


2. Order Cancellations (by Customer)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To initiate cancellation, please contact our customer support team via call or WhatsApp at +91 88007 08324 and mention whether you wish to cancel the full or partial order.
  • Upon successful cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges

At Cocuzè, every piece is crafted with intention - shaped slowly by artists and master craftsmen in small batches, often made-to-order. These are not factory-produced goods; they carry the time, skill, and care of human hands. For this reason, we request you to choose mindfully, as returns for reasons other than defects place an unfair burden on the makers behind each creation.
This helps us protect craftsmanship, support our makers, and keep Cocuzè sustainable for everyone who values conscious luxury.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  2. You received a wrong product that does not match your order.
  3. The product was damaged during transit.

To initiate a return:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing connect@cocuze.com with photographs/video clearly showing the issue.
  • Return requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Please retain and return the original inner and outer packaging.
  • Hand over the goods in original packaging to the courier during the reverse pickup to avoid further damage.

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • You will receive an email confirmation authorizing a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the product reaching our warehouse in good condition.
  • For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for purchase.
  • Orders paid via gift card will be refunded as credit to the same card.

4. Cancellation by Cocuzè

Cocuzè reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases including (but not limited to):

  • Unavailability of stock or limitation on quantities.
  • Errors in product description, pricing, or availability.
  • Failure of payment authorization or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Incomplete or unverifiable order details.

If an order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the amount will be fully refunded to your original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.

You will be notified by email or phone in such an event.


5. Important Guidelines

  • Ensure that products are returned in unused, original condition with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.
  • Courier partners do not accept liability for breakage during transit; therefore, careful packaging is essential.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.

Cocuze Studio LLP retains the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that show signs of use, improper handling, or damage not attributable to manufacturing or transit.
